Makhan Krishna depicts Bal Gopal seated with his hand in the butter pot — the most beloved image of the child Krishna. The 999 grade silver electroplating gives this version a cooler, more restrained quality than the gold variants. Silver has been the preferred metal for Krishna worship in many South Indian and traditional North Indian households, where the cool silver tone reflects the serene, moonlit quality associated with Krishna's divine nature. The antique matte topcoat removes the shine and adds depth, making this idol look like a piece with heritage rather than one that is newly made.

This 999 silver plated antique version at ₹1,899 uses pure silver electroplating with an antique matte finish. It has the coolest, most restrained aesthetic of the Makhan Krishna range. The gold plated antique matte at ₹1,499 is warmer and more traditional for North Indian home mandirs. The dual tone gold silver matte at ₹1,499 has a modern two-metal look. If you prefer silver for your Krishna worship or want the most heritage-feeling piece, this is the right choice.
