    We dispatch all orders from Mumbai within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Delivery timelines depend on your location, as per the zones below:

    📦 Surface Courier Delivery (Standard)

    ✈️ Air Courier Delivery (Where Applicable)

    🕒 Pickup Schedule

    • Our courier pickup window is daily from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM

    • Orders are collected directly from our Mumbai location by the assigned courier

    🔁 Reverse Courier

    • Reverse courier is available for select PIN codes based on courier coverage

    • Reverse charges are usually the same as forward charges unless a courier specifies a separate RTO rate

    • Standard delivery timelines apply for reverse as well

    💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)

    • COD is available on most orders across India

    • A ₹50 handling fee applies and is shown at checkout

    • All charges are exclusive of GST

    📦 Packaging & Weight SOP

    • All idols are packed using rigid boxes with dry protection to avoid damage

    • Weight-based shipping tiers apply — whichever is higher between actual or volumetric weight
