Return & Refund Policy

At Gold Art India, we take utmost care in packing and shipping your idols. However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The item received is damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color or finish variations due to handcrafted nature

  • Delivery delays once the order has been shipped

How to Request a Return

  • Email us at goldartindiastore@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue

  • Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps

Reverse Pickup & Charges

  • Reverse pickup is arranged by us only in case of damaged or incorrect items

  • There are no charges if the return is approved due to our fault

  • For all other reasons, reverse pickup is not supported, or the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer

  • Return courier charges (if applicable) typically range between ₹60 – ₹120 depending on zone and courier

  • All charges are exclusive of GST

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (for prepaid orders)

  • COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer

  • Please allow an additional 2–4 working days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the amount

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at goldartindiastore@gmail.com.
